The Maze VR

The game is currently VR ONLY. It was designed on an Oculus Quest 2, but it should work for others.

Controls/Instructions:

To move, hold the grip button on either joystick and pull backward. If you release while moving quickly, you will retain some of that momentum. Up and down motion doesn't move you, you need to swing back and forward.

To start the game, press the trigger on either controller while it's inside the starting orb.

Pressing the lower button on your left controller toggles your scanner. Pressing the trigger on either controller near your forehead toggles the mounted light.

The light helps you see but makes it easier for the monster to spot you too.

The scanner reveals the monster and the nearest orbs for four seconds and takes 20 seconds to recharge. It can hold up to three charges.

The monster will hunt randomly, getting faster as you progress further. If he sees you he will start chasing you.  When in the chase he will become even faster over time and if caught you die and have to restart.

Other than the scanner, the only way to track the monster is with the loud stomping sound he makes wherever he goes.

Good luck! Reminder: this is a prototype, so there are probably a few bugs, and you need to alt-f4 to close the game. :)

Also, as it's VR only, you need a VR headset to play and a link cable, unless you have really good wifi.
